Online Play Question
 

i have a ps2 that has a really old chip and i also use the swap magic thingy. i'm looking to get the terminal adapter to play games online. will it still work even tho my ps2 is chipped (i have the original games). i know there are problems with a chipped xbox

depends on the mod you have???? where you are ??? etc need more info

If its the old 8 wire neo2 chip it will be detected.

i'm pretty sure it is one of the neo chips. i used to have to do about 3 swaps to play a dvd game.

im not sure about other chips out there as regards to switching off /being detected,i have a messiah 2 which i have never switched off and play online alot ,its about a 3 year old chip but i would recomend them to n e 1 if your not looking for features and just a straight boot mod ;)
