Could someone help me , i'm seeking TAI FU :Wrath of Tiger italian language patch or if noone have this the english patch PLZ!

Its getting hard to find old PSX patches, you can try www.megagames or www.gamefreax.de. They used to have PSx patches.

Language patches are super rare. Mostly because not many people make them. Its too much of a pain in the ass.
