help with pal dreamcast in U.S
 

ok this is very confusing , and i need any help i can get

i live in the usa and i bought a pal dreamcast from the uk(gotta have the blue swirl) and seeing as a how all but 2 of my games are back ups .

from what i understand i might need to swap the powersupply with a us dreamcast (got that ready)
the other is that there is no working pal to ntsc switch mod so in comes the idea of a modchip

with a modchip will i be able to play backups on this machine - withoutthe dreamcast forcing the mod to output at pal hz or will the mod sterilize the signal so it outputs the same on any tv

the more i think about out it the mor twisted up my mind gets .

if someone can help me out out soon so i can cancel my mod pre oder

Get the GameShark or Action Replay (back*up of it) to boot & force the games in 60Hz mode :D

i know about the utils , but i was hoping to avoid all that with a chip
