update drivers to play sims2
 

Hello everyone. I just bought sims2 and installed it on my hp pavilion zt1180 laptop os=XP. When I try to run it it tells me I need updated video drivers and I read somewhere else to also update the bios. I've searched for three days and the only video update file I found didn't work on my machine. Anyone know where I can find the files I need to update these drivers and the bios? The graphics card in this is a s3 graphics twister hp and the driver version is 6.11..... I found one file that was version 13.something, but it wouldn't install, I found that one on driverguide.com.

Hey earthmother,

A S3 video card? Does _that_ satisfy the minimum requirements of the game? By the way, this forum is not about general game support, so you might want to contact the game manufacturer/publisher or ask at the official game support forum instead. Good luck,
