coverting hd loader to dvd

anyone know how to covert hd loader cd to dvd format?

Well I tried a couple days ago. It only got so far as the "PLAYSTATION 2" voom screen/noise and froze. Maybe if I would either burn slower or put a dummy file in it or somethin, but heck I dunno.
