v12 laser problem
 

Hi,

We all know that there is a laser problem is v12 PS2. Is thyat issue strictly related to mod chip use, or could it also happen under normal use(only original disc from your region)?

any laser can go bad, w/ or w/out a chip, depending on the usage. i had an older ps2 i played it alot, fell asleep w/ it on all the time for 7-8 hours. no chip but the laser died pretty quick. but having a mod means your playing burned ar opposed to orig which'll add strain
