ps2 system fault
 

Hi can any body :eek: help my ps2 freezes after about a minute into the run i have fitted a new laser but still freezes the sound is ok it is if you have paused it.
can you help :D

Sounds like a calibration problem to me. You'll need to tweak the white cog and sled azimuth to get a reliable read. While you're there, it's probably worth finding the pot resistivity reading for that laser and setting them properly with a multimeter (if you haven't already)...
