low sound mp3 ??
 

Hey all.

I wanted to know if there is some special tool that can allow me to edit an mp3 song and higher
up the volume so it will sound louder ?

None that I think of. Usually its in the encoding of the music file to mp3. They higher the bitrate the louder and better the quality.
