FileForums - Call of Duty internet play question

Ok, I have a eval copy for testing of Call of Duty UO :)

My can play online, when I can find a valid key, but they don't last. My question is can my friend and I play over the internet with just eachother, without a valid key? For testing of course....

I started a Internet game, but he couldn't see my game, but we could see all others.

Last part, it would be cool if I could just enter his IP address and connect that way. Does anyone know how to connect to a specific IP address?

By the way, I did do several searches, but nobody has asked this specific question, or I couldn't find it. Seems most multiplayer stuff is focused on playing on the internet with the rest of the world, but not a specific IP address.
