LOTR:The Battle for Middle Earth (again)
 

Well, i rode this post yesterday:

I am not sure if I can ask for help, but I followed the short instructions on

and unfortunately I cannot get the game to work

( just to provide more info: I bought the game, made a fresh install on 2 pcs
( i have kids) run the game on each pc perfectly, then I installed daemon 3.47, enabled all the emulations for copy protection , mounted the mds from
gamecopyworld and received message cd/dvd emulator has been detected , please restart the game it does not matter if I have the original disc in the drive)

And that's kinda my problem. I want to reply on that thread bt it was closed because of people asking for keygens and/or keys. Well, I do have an original game, so the key is not a problem, the units-exploding issue is not it too, the thing is that using the NO DVD crack i cannot play on multiplayer because my game.dat is modified and the server says it's another version. I can only play on cracked one's matches, which are 3 out of 100. So i mount that image on daemon, replace the original game.dat, and all works perfectly. Opened the game and search the matches, and all were available. Close it and go to bed. Today, when I open the game, it says i need to put the DVD on, although the image is mounted, i've tried tons of times an daemon is not wotking at all. Well, it's mounting the image but the game is not recognizing it.

My problem is diferent to jimmy's, i have no Clone CD, and yesterday the trick worked perfectly. Today it don't. Why?

What you're doing is illegal!
Read the software license came with the game.
It's not allowed to install one game on more than one PCs. If you want the game on two PCs, you have to buy a second one.

G'day GLH, I think you have misunderstood LinxMelq's post!
Linx has a spelling error which i think has confused you! The word 'rode' I am sure is meant to say 'read' as the green writing is another post they have pasted into their post.
It was 'Jimmy' who installed onto 2 Pc's not Linx. ;)
What Linx is trying to do is play Multiplayer online. :)
