Problem creating KOTOR 2 ISO

I am having problems creating an ISO of KOTOR 2 using Craxtion v4. The files were FTP'd from my xbox to my PC. When creating the ISO, I encountered a .NET Framework error "Index was outside the bounds of the array". Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks.

Go to MS's auto-update site with IE and let is scan for needed updates.

If you have the .net framwork, then you probably need to update to a newer version. It will show up if you need it.

As long as you have the files FTP'd over from the xbox you can use quite a few programs..

To name a few.

Alcohol 120% (which is pretty popular on these forums)
Record Now Max (one of my personal favorites)
Nero
Read the Ultimate Sticky for the xbox section to see a list of more (and how to use them).

The .Net Framework error may show up when you attempt to use the above.. The reason i'm guessing you didn't follow Qualls instructions is because you're on 56k and the .net framework dl is large (guessing not sure)

But all I can say is give it a shot and see..

yah, it is huge. Guess that is why they sell it too. But hey, i prefer their freely supplied download instead.

There is a program called "QWUIX" that will creat an iso directly from your xbox. I tried it for a couple mins and couldn't create an iso from a directory though.

There is another program called xISO, that produces shotty isos every now an then. It is highly NOT reccomended, but if it's all you got...If you can get to xbins, i suggest going there, they have many iso tools.

Thanks to all for the suggestions. I was able to produce a backup using the data burn method with RecordNow Max.

First of, Quall the app is named "Qwix" without the "u"... :p

Weasel have your previous backups worked perfectly? And when you say backuped to CD I do hope you wrote wrong and meant DVD.

Here is how I did my perfect backup of Kotor2 a long time ago,
Popped in the DVD into the xbox.
Started FlashFXP and FTP'd all content to a folder named "kotor2" on my desktop.
Used Qwix to create a iso of that directory (yes Qwix can do that ;) ).
Burned the ISO with DVDDecrypter and played the game.

Dirty Disc Error may happen if the xbox can not read the DVD properly due to bad media, bad burn or some fault in the iso creation process.
