DVD Error?
 

I just backed up a movie using my Samsung DVD Burner and Verbatim DVD+R media. The movie plays ok in my computer but when I try to run it in my DVD Player it just resets it and never plays the movie. I also tried playing it in my XBox, and it freezes it. I burned it at 4X using CloneDVD. Only the main movie.

Help is apreciated.

Your prob sounds like your standalone dvd player and xbox just dont read +R dvd's. Most standalones and Xbox's will read -R's.

I usually just burn the main movie too. Don't need all that extra crap. A lot of DVD players will not read DVD+R's. I'm not sure why they even make them. I use only DVD-R's for everything I do. Half of my DVD players will read DVD+r's but all will read DVD-R's. Only one of my Xbox's will DVD+R's. Switch to DVD-R's and you should be fine.

New Problem
 

I just encountered a new problem.... I burned Memorex 8X DVD-R, but when playing the movies there are parts where the picture and sound freeze.

Any Ideas?
