battle for middle earth! problem whit trainer
 

hello!
i have problem whit hoodlum trainer!
-i launch trainer
-i launch game
-i will use f1 or another key for cheat but that will not cheat. :(
i play in french, i think thats not the problem. :D
please help, this game is realy good but take long time for build all!!!!!

Have you checked for Updates online with the game. If so the trainer might not work with your version of the game....

may be i have wrong!
but battle for middle earth is only in 1.0, he as no patch.

the control in french is not compatible whit english control
f12 for restor in trainer, is screnshoot in french.
i must play english for the trainer. :(

Bartho, have you tried the +3 ZAR trainer? I made it using the English version, and recently got an email from someone with the Swedish version of BFME saying it didn't work for them. If it doesn't work with your French version then language is definitely a problem. To activate resources, etc in my trainer you use Ctrl + Shift + # so the F1-12 keys aren't a problem. I'd appreciate it if you tried it and let me know. Thanks.

i have test change control, but in file whit control, he as text and savegame(not good)

every map or campaign mission you must find the new entry for the unit or money or hero points.

the art money cheat or others mem hack does not help you must each once map find the new entries for unit an the others.

That sucks. There was one difficulty when finding cheats for the English version: the Good and Evil campaigns used different memory addresses to store resource, power, and population counts. Problem 2: I couldn't change anything on the Mines of Moria (the first level in the Good campaign).

Here's a way to DEFINITELY test whether it's the keys or the memory addresses that are causing the malfunction:
1. Start the +3 trainer
2. Start the game
3. Play any level other than Mines of Moria
4. Switch out of the game so you can see the trainer (use Alt + Tab, the game will pause automatically)
5. Press any of the buttons for the cheat you want (you'll notice the text on the button changes to a number)
6. Go back to the game and see if there is a difference (resources at 20,000 or population at 20 or power at 40)

If this doesn't work, then the French version uses different memory addresses than the English version. I recommend using TSearch or Cheat Engine to find which memory addresses your version of the game uses. These programs can be found in Gamecopyworld.

are you talking about the English version? The Hoodlum trainer works fine with my version of the game. My trainer works for all levels. The memory addresses don't change for resources, power points, or population. They're the same wheter you're in Campaign or Skirmish mode.

ich have three memory adresses find in the german version of the game.

one for special power points
second for unit limit
third for money

But in Story missions "Mines, forest of the elf,etc"

The memory hack don't work, i think there are another addressing in the memory in Story Missions as in Find and Destroy Missions.

In the mission where you can build bases there function the memory hacking.
