activision cd check generic?
 

Maybe the cd check in some Activision/Valuesoft games is generic. So it would be possible to make a seek and destroy patcher to remove it. But I dont have these games to check.

following games seem to have this protection:
American Chopper
Bugdom 2
Mtx Mototrax
National Lampoons University Tycoon
Shrek 2 Team Action
Texas Hold Em With 500 Slots

Thats what I need:
original game exe + all dlls in the dir of game exe

P.S. you know what would be really good ? to re-program UnSafeDisc for XP :))

no, just the original exe files from the installation. Unsafedisc works on winxp, only unsecurom doesnt :)

i'll get to it...... and how did u get UnSafeDisc to work on XP ? can u plz check out my "Utilities and Win XP" thread, and see if i made any mistakes tryin to rip of that file, or its just the file that's corrupted...... or my unsafedisc copy........ nevermind, i'll get those files eventualy....

use safedisc 2 cleaner, it works

I like it more than UnSafdisc, and it works on WinXp.

nevermind.... noscript, it seems that those CDs have become "untraceable".... apparently, i just gave/lent them to someone, that also gave/lent them to someone else that also passed them around..... anywayz, you get the picture...

Hi friends, i downloadet of an official site from this game the update 1.1 is a simple winrar installer, just extract all files and overwrite original's. Work without CD and no request about insert a CD.

Question, can someone use a joystic with this game or is only keybord command ? play with keyboard is bad solution! :D
