Dumb question maybe regarding online play

I'm not up to date with the PS2 scene these days now, so i just want to know if it is possible to play online titles (backups) on a chipped machine.

Yes it is, but you'll have to patch the DNAS code onto the backed up disc...

How exactly do you do this?? Do you have a link? And does it work on Swap Magic Discs?
