i've download the file Silent Hill 4 v1.0 [ENGLISH] Fixed EXE but can't play....i'm wondering what is it?

You do realize downloading games is illegal dont you? So I can tell you no its not a game! If you have gone to gamecopyworld in the hope of downloading a game then you wont get any help here! May I suggest you go here and have a good read! ;)

if it's not a game, so what is it and what it's for? i'm really confuse.....
