Anyone know if there is a No-CD Crack available yet ?

Havn't been able to find one.

I tried and it seems that NO CD patch v1.0 works with v1.01, and it does repair SOME bugs, i. e. you now can delete the manually saved game from the sava game menu, but you still can't delete the auto-save without a crash to the desktop. I don't know about the mission bugs, but I think that they SHOULD be repaired, as the reason for them was probably in the .dat files. Thet' s just my opinion, try it out. If you find the correct NO CD, please do tell...

It's easy to find out if the EXE file is also changed by the UpdatePatch.
Just make a fresh install of the game (1.0). After installing the game just copy the main exe file(s) to a temp folder. Install the UpdatePatch and then compare the 1.0-EXE with the 1.01-EXE !!!

Yes, I know that, but sometimes the crack of an earlier version works even if the .exe has been changed, i. e. for Diablo II: LoD the crack for v1.09 worked with v1.10, and the only isue was that it reported some kind of error when you got back to ddesktop. I tried to find somthing that wasn't working OK inside the game itself, and I couldn't. Then the apropriate crack was released and I, of cours, forgot about it :)

Of cours, thet is NOT the reason to stop the work on the apropriate version of the crack...

Thanks for the info .... worked like a charm. Finally got a chance to finish the game after getting stuck in a mission bug.

It's been quite a few weeks since the last mentioning about this crack...

Has anybody made one actually (v1.01)?

Damn i cannot even activate game without 1.01 patch becouse 1.00 doesent support my videocard :(

i have only cd images.

I doubt that writing them on real cd would solve it.

Actually, the executables installed by the v1.01 patch differ from those originally installed by the original game CD.

At least, that is what FC /b tells me, here...

Just FYI.

I need this no-cd patch too! (searched all around the Internet and found nothing).
