Problem with Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater

Hi I have problem with Snake Eater, I can't save anything about the game. I tried the Snake vs Monkey and when I go to save it says that it failed to save, then I go to a new game and the same happens when I save, even Para-Medic says there was an error saving. When I check the memory on the PS2 menu a file appears as corrupt and I can't delete it. I tried it with my backup and my original and even tried with an original copy of a friend and got the same thing, and other games save without problems. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

well...if u had action replay max, u can reformat ur memory card...which means that u will loose all of ur saved files that are on there. i had the same problem but it was solved when i just did a reformat(full erase) using action replay max evo....so give that a try :)

I did that...

I already did and still got the problem. I don't know if it does that but when I format the memory card it says space free (I don't remember exactly now) like 7998 of 8120 something like that. But there's nothing on the memory card so I don't know if it's part of the format. But still the game I get the same error. Please help anyone.

what kind of MC do you use? the one from AR Max or an original one?

Original

I have an original memory card, I don't know what's the problem, all games I've tried save without problems except that one. I have a Magic V 5k6 but I have turned it off and still the same thing, I don't know what's the problem.

if all fails...then u might have to buy another memory card...just my two cents in the mix :p
