halo2 after trainer!
 

ok guys.. i have been trying to get trainers to work to beat halo2 in ledgendary but now ( after using the trainer once for a few seconds) all i get when trying to load halo2 is a black screen!
any ideas?

Try and remove the trainer man.. Just leave well enough alone.. You had it working without the trainer before.. Just go hardchore and beat legendary on your own.. It may take a few years but hey.. You can say you did it.

check out xbins! and i still cannot get my box to boot
does anyone know if i should flash it with a new bios and if so which one is the best?
also i can boot backups i just cannot load the evoX dashboard!

If you can't load evox, then delete it, along with the ini and trainer files. Then get a fresh one and install it. Did you delete a trainer after turning it on, but not off? I heard of similar problems do to that. deleteing the evox files might help with yours, even if you didn't just delete.

Get the halo trainer by Acidflash & Dootdoo. They are somewhat "official". I do not know why xbins would state individual trainer releases.

ok i just poped in my boot disc and ftped it.. deleted all my trainers and then left it for like 20 mins (on with boot disc in) then reset and now it works!
was it the trainers?

well, it may have been. If you remove trainers without turning them off, it can mess up evox. I don't know if it changes the save, ini, or what. Anyways, use that trainer above. It is an official evox trainer and works fine for me.
