How to make a NO CD patch?
 

Hi everyone I'm new here, so bear with me please, and sorry if this has been asked before. I want to know why there is no guide to show you how to make a no CD patch. It’s nice being able to download the No CD patch, but if you wanted to make it your self how would you do it? Can any one help me?

Learn assembly language, read tutorials about easier and advanced protections. Get some tools like SoftIce, OllyDbg, HexWorkshop etc, try some easy targets and go on for some years to become an advanced cracker....

And once you figure that out see if you can't move on to that whole space time continuum thing and get that wrapped up for us. :D

the space time continuum thing, that may take some time, but I'll see what I can do. :rolleyes:

This makes me wonder why so many people spend time hacking video game files when they should be rocket scientists mapping the next mission to Alpha Centauri or something like that.

getting a job like this is sometimes harder than cracking latest safedisc version ;)

and if you have this you are not so famous as the one/group who cracked SD/SF Protection

because rocket scientist cant debug :))
if they crash, thats it :)
