can some one help me to create a backup using game jack 4
 

i am trying to make a backup using game jack 4 will someone please please help me as i am a newbie to backing up.

Just make an exact copy. Use a cd if the game is a cd or a dvd if it is a dvd.(it will say cd-rom or dvd-rom on the disc) Hope you have a chip installed in your ps2...

hi there every one thanks for the reply. have tried to burn grand theft auto sananrdeas with game jack 4 but there is a problem it gets to about 10 percent and stops copying due to some error even tryed using nero ultra 6 and games x copy, will some one help as this is the first ttime i am making a bacup i am also using a pioneer 107d dvd rewiter. it is also my first time i have used the above mentioned soft ware.thanks :)

Try polishing the disc with Car Polish...

you could try dvd decrypter, always works for me, its also free. :D

is this a recently installed DVD Writer? and do you get the same problem with every type of dvd u burn?

Try using Recordnow DX. Copy to image first then burn to disc. BTW, are you getting read errors or burn errors??

if it bombin out in mid burn could be an installation issue. used to have the same problem with my first burner as had it on slave bus rather than master bus. swapped it and never looked back since.
