Hey guys,

anyone interested in a halo 2 deathmatch? Using xbconnect of course, leave your thoughts here. Im liking this idea what do you guys think?

OK, call me stupid. What's a death match. I don't remember seeing that option. I have only played Slayer and CTF. Still getting used to the damn controls. I so can not wait for it to come out on the PC.

Also, does anyone else have problems joining a game with the new nexbc? The games jump around faster than I can even click one. It's there, it's gone, it's there, it's gone. I am using the latest version dated Nov 12.

Since you asked so nicely.. Big Country you're stupid.. Haven't tried the new XBC.. I'm still using 4.. I think the new one still has a few bugs to be worked out.. I've noticed that about Halo2 on XBC games vanish before you can even join them..

A death match would be something like Slayer.. A free for all. Every man for himself. Those games are good times right.. I be all like.. bang bang... bang..

LOL. That is hilarious. I play the same way. I am a total rocket whore. I can't use any other weapon because I can't aim and fire at the same time. At least you only have to be close with the rockets.

Does anyone know how to update Halo2 without XBL? Bungie says there is an update out. Didn't read much about it but I'm guessing there will be more and I'm banned from XBL for some undisclosed reason. (Damn Ninja Gaiden autoupdate)

Neipas02, the flickering of games showing is actually, the games fault. I seems that bungie didn't design it too well to see more than one system link game at a time. Xlink has the same problem, but they have already looked into it and found that as the cause.

I haven't used xbc, but if you can manage 16 players, one including myself (any maybe my bro on another xbox), then I am up for it. I like big games. Unfortunately, the host will need a t1, since most dsl or cable connections can't take more than 6 people.

yeah dude thats what im talking about if we can get 5 vs 5 on ctf thata bee cool. Anyone interested? and what time would be best for everyone plus we gotta figure out time difference 2.

So I pulled out my modem and it says 14,400 baud. Is that fast enough??? :)

OK, I have a 3mb line but I don't know how we are going to get around that whole time zone thing. I am on PST here. I see lachlan_cannard is in Sydney. That's about 6 hours diff. (I think)

Any weekend time is good for me, if I get my new modem. You see SP2 doesnt like me trying to install my USB modem.

yeah gmt here :P best time is saturday evening dam u guys are 10 hours ahead of us that sucks badly. I think america will just be waking up then or maybe midday depends.
