Need to upgrade my old xbox with a 120gig to a 250 gig hd??
 

I have an old xbox with evox bios, i think, and a 120 gig hard drive, I really want to upgrade my box to a 250 gig but i hear u have to redo the bios, and a couple of other things, what would be my easiest way to upgrade to the bigger hd??

i did the same thing
and i dunno if u mean u have the evox dash
but u need the evox dash (kinda) and the x2 bios 4981
if the hdd size is +250 then u needa bios that is like 4981.63 or somethin like that
but since u dont need that
the 4981.06 will work
if u wanna keep ur saved games
just copy the e drive to ur pc while the 120 gig is still there
after that replace the hdd
formate via slayers (or if u backed up ur c drive.. just send it back either through slayers or an evox boot cd)
and u should be fine
