Bin file but no Cue

I have a bin file but no Cue file does any one know what program i can use to burn the bin or rebuild the cue from the bin

READ THE BOARDER RULES!
If you done the bin file your self it always creates a cue file 2! :mad:

Burn with whatever software you created the bin file with.
