I've search (google, this forum, irc, cracks sites), tried numerous patches but I can't seem to get this no-cd patch working, on either v1.000 or v1.001; There are a few threads about it on this forum, but the download locations are so old now that they're 404's. I was wondering if anyone had a copy of the patches, or a surefire way to bypass the cd-check, since I want to play this game over LAN.

Please, get back to us when you have tried (including reading the docs of) _all_ no-CD patches available on _all_ sites listed in the appropriate sticky of this forum. Good luck,

I have already done this. Unfortuantly, I don't speak spanish so I couldn't trawl the spanish-orientated websites. I have read through some of your forum posts and I understand the attitude you take with regards to people like me asking for patches, so I followed your rules. Seriously, I wouldn't post unless I couldn't get this working.
