This may sound like a dumb question but bare with me.
How do I P.M someone who has a PM such as 3223.org

im not sompletely sure what you mean by 3223.org, but if you want to pm someone, click the little ball (which is lit of the user is active i believe) by the username. It will dropdown and have an option to send someone a pm.

Just clicking the name will do the same job, you dont actually have to click the ball. And you can still send someone a PM even if they are not online at the present time. When that person next visits fileforum they can access the message. And also if you configure it correctly in the options you can also recieve an email stating you have a new PM. ;)
