How do I Back up x-box games using nero 6.0??

I had a friend of mine put a program on my x-box that opens up the memory and allows me to play back-up games on DVD-R (I have no idea what the program is). One of my buddies uses Roxio 7.0 and another friend uses Nero 6.0 to burn these games. I currently have Nero 6.0 and have no clue how to format the discs, let alone have any clue on how to use the program what so ever. Could someone please help me out??

Thanks alot!!!

I use Nero Burning Rom Version 6.3.1.10

Go to, File/New

On the left side, click DVD-ROM (UDF)

Then goto the UDF Tab, and check the box "Force DVD-Video compatability mode (required for Xbox TM)" click New

4 windows will appear

From the far right, drag all the files/folders into the 2nd window from the left.

At the top of the main toolbar, click the CD with a burning match on it

Click Burn

Hope that helps, that's as specific this can get ;)

Hey Guys...What chip do you have.....What dvdrom is in your box? Samsung...Phillips?

Just a couple of questions....Are you trying to burn originals from your computer? Or are you burning already burnt games....

Sorry.....Just one more thing.....I guess you are using a data burn method.....I have a friend of mine that had the same issue...His box will not read dvd+r....But mine will.....He switched to RecordnowMAx and now everything is fine......I read the post wrong the first time and thought you were trying to burn originals....hehe...
Thanx

Eric

batman, if the burn process fails, it means the dvd quallity is under par or not compatible with your burner. Most low quality dvd media will not accept iso images at all. Data burns fail half the time.

i use data burn , xbit v1.5, samsung drive that reads it all:)
