Ps2 and magic 3.1+ help plz
 

i got a ps2 um i was trying to mod it my self, and i messed up

ON THE PS2 board the solder part on the board came off

what can i do ahhhhh help me plz , can i solder it directly to the chip? thanks

You took the pad off? Just re-tin the pad and put the wire back on...

P.S. The Magic 3.x chip choice was crap - you'll have nothing but problems...

Yes but if the pad was ripped off completely you can solder to the chip leg its self, just be careful no to bridge any legs. Also thats not even an authentic Magic 3.1 is a clone, not that it much matters.

I never thought of ripping it completely off...
