Hey, these are two easy enough questions:

1. What is the best program for burning PS2 .iso's to dvd?

2. What is the name of that new program that converts regular cd/r disks into ps2 bootable disks.

I meant "dvd/r" disks not "cd/r" disks

Try using the same software you used to create the ISO.
