Phantasy Star Online: What do u do in offline multiplayer splitscreen normal mode?
 

I got a borrowed gamer tag so i could play offline multiplayer split screen with my friends. But what do you do in the normal game mode? I can't access any quests/missions from the person who usually gives them to you in single player mode.

All i can do is visit the shops, and goto the Forest etc, but no quests. Is is supposed to be like that?

I've never played online, nor multiplayer before. A little help?

gamer tag, hacked or barrowed, it does not effect the gameplay. Quests open up as you play through the game. There should be 3 training quests there at the start. After you beat those, others should open up. Then as you open areas, other quesst will open as well.

I think i have a dodgy version of the game. Gonna try to mess about with it a bit more to see if i can get the quests to start working. thanks for the help.

What do you mean dodgy version? There was only 1 version ever made in 3 different video modes; pal, us-ntsc and jpn-ntsc.

Well how do i do quests in multimode offline? I can't seem to talk to the quest lady.
