"the Guy Game" .. how to put on single sided DVD-R?

The Guy Game appears to be a little over 6 gigs. My basic math skills inform me this is too large to burn with my current media- and hardware.

Instead of keeping the game image on the Xbox 160 gig drive, are there any alternatives? Other than using the original DVD?

Well, you can rip videos....but uh, isn't that the only thing the game is good for? Other than a double sided disk, this is your only option. It is quoting somebody at x-s

Well, here is what I wound up doing...

I turned it into a "2 Disc Game"

Disc one, in the /final/video folder, I removed Folders 43,44,45,50,55,56,57,58 (1.88 Gig). Then I made Disc two by putting those folders back and then removing 08,09,17,20,21,25,32,35.

When you play disc one and you go into the game mode that has the challenges with the padlocks on them, you can play rows 1 through 3 on disc one and 3 through 5 on disc two...

So far so good and nothing has locked up. Really the best thing to do would have been to go through each folder and put a very small file such as gs.top in place of all the files in the folders I erased, but I didn't feel like editing 300 or so files http://forums.xbox-scene.com/html/emoticons/smile.gif

Seems to work well though split onto two discs http://forums.xbox-scene.com/html/emoticons/smile.gif

Maybe someone else can come up with a better idea ??? http://forums.xbox-scene.com/html/emoticons/smile.gif
