Ps2 snes emulator
 

Has anyone every tried a snes emu on there ps2? If so did it work good?

I have tried this ages ago, going back for a look if they updated it but I bet they didn't. It had some real issues when playing with the sound on. Sound reduced the framerate to something similar to Doom 3 with an FX5200 :p

With the sound off it is ok. Overall, I didn't like it too much. The PS2 can easily handle those old games, but somehow they managed to program it poorly so it wouldn't.

Give it a shot nevertheless.

EDIT: I think there has been an update.

is there a gameboy advanced emulator too? or is it just the oldies that they have?

There is a page with ALL the emulators listed by PSX-Paul some time ago. If I find it, i'll let you know... :)

P.S: There is a GBA emulator - it's called PS2Boy Advance - the link is on that page - But I ain't sure it works, so you might have to Google it out :)
