Please Help. Im in a bit of a pickle here,
 

Ok. I downloaded Sonic Adventure and it came in file formats like this:

e-sonic2.001
and a .sfv file

I changed all files except the .sfv to a .rar and i tried to extract and it didnt work. I DUNNO WHAT TO DO :(
