Gorky Zero No-CD v.1.01
 

hi everyone!

does anyone know where to get a working fixed-exe/no-cd for gorky zero v.1.01? searched gcw, ************* and megagames....but only found the crack for v.1.0.

i would appreciate any info on that. thx.

how long has the patch been out? if its been a while then maybe its because it doesnt change the .exe in which case the 1.0 crack will work.

i believe the patch is out until mid-september. it fixes a nasty bug which wouldn't allow ati-users with catalyst 4.3 (and newer) to start the game. afaik only the game-exe (start-file, protected) was replaced.
tried the two v.1.0-cracks with the patched game, but that doesn't work. i thought i ask if anyone knows something about a crack, because the patch is out for some time.
of course i know, that this game is no real blockbuster-title, so eventually a crack will never appear.
anyways....if no crack appears, i have to play with the disc inserted... :(

Hmm well if its been out for over 2 weeks, and theres no crack, you could always post what protection it uses here and pray someones nice enough to do it ;)

well, im not that into the copy-protection-issue...so im not sure i can help on this matter.
i tried clony xxl which gives me a "securom *new*" and 6 skulls. dunno what that supposed to mean. i guess its some kind of securom v5.

tried protection id, too. the game.exe doen't seem to be protected at all (weird). but the ar.exe seems to be protected by securom 5.02.01 with cd-checks.

perhaps this helps.....maybe anyone with some experience reads this....i would appreciate any help. :)

Any new info on the 1.01 crack for gorky zero?

game.exe is wrapped with Jowood´s X-Prot. (JoWood X-Prot v1.4 i think)
it will be detected in the upcomming protection id v6.0
