Help on cd-protection

Hi! im a noob in this field, and i got a game quite old, its called Return to Krondor. i had both cds( they are 2) and 2nd cd had som many riscs on it, that stoped reading, so i got 2nd cd from a friend, a backuped one...
So, i got 2 backup cds and the problem is that when the game askes for cd 2 it wont recognize that cd when i put it in cd tray.

i´ve read various tuturials including some on this Forum, i know that the cd protection is "Overburn" i know what that means and maybe how it works.
But i cant make 2nd cd acceptable for the game.

is there someone that can give me some "Lights"?!?
How can i make the game to accept the 2nd cd?!?

Sorry My ignorance and My english.

This is my first post here, and this is a great forum :)
keep it up.

A "Overburn" cd should be backup up with CloneCD (RAW-Mode -> choose profile "Protected Game").

The cds are already backed up, but cd2 is damaged, and in the midle of the game says that cant find the maps and so...

Like i said i got the cd2 iso, and burn it, but the game wont accept it.

I want to know where to modify to malke that cd compatible, i´ve read some tuts, and it stoped asking for cd2, but when it should ask, it goes back to windows, and wont go ahead.

What can i make to modify this?, to accept cd2.

Some help needed here :p im a very NOOB in this.

Sorry my english.

Where do you get the ISO from?

From a friend.

Edit:I´ve Uploaded the Exe file and the Dll. that has cd needed string in it.

If you want to check them( i´m not asking for you to crack or someone else, i´ve be proud if i could do it myself :) ), just if u can take a look and if its easy (probably), and where to look in the both files and change or something.

i just got this 2nd cd because my original is damaged, not kidding.

The Exe

The Dll

in Gamecopyworld says that this cd has OverSized protection, i´ve tried various Cd/Id tools to check it, and some give me starforce others say thats safedisc....
Where can i find one that is most reliable?!?

I´ve tried protection Id to, but only says that r strings with Cd needed inside the Exe and the dll.

Thnx.
