AHH! ok so now i know what the container looks like, thanks for proving my search abilities useless :D this helps a lot. now to find it in canada....
once again thx :) |
No problem - good luck with the install :)
hello, i just noticed something, the product on radioshack says that it is non-corrosive. so would it be fine if i just left it on the board without Q-Tipping it clean?
Always clean the excess flux after install. Why take the chance.
No because it is conductive :o
ok makes sense, weeeee thanks
hmm well turns out i had some plumbing flux in the deep corners of my basement... but i am unsure if it is safe to use or not...
the brand is Kester it is SP-30 The case is blue instead of black. Its poisonous and extremly corrosive as it says on the circular case with all those pleasant crossbones and boney hands symbols. Would it still be OK to use this as long as i clean it with alcohol, if so what percent alcohol should i use? 98%? I read the higher percentage=better. |
er... I'm not sure - anyone???
