Confused
 

I am trying to backup Brother Bear for my kids and I use dvdshrink and then clonedvd 2 to do this. I have used this system for ages and I keep all my firmware and software up to date and have never had a problem up until now.
DVDshrink backs up Brother Bear fine and when I tell clonedvd to burn it, it comes up with the usual erasing and then writing and bosh I get WriteDVD 9 11 W2 A write error has occurred, probably caused by a bad media please replace the media and try again. So of course I did this but was taken back by it because I have always used this media "Datawrite Premium Inkjet Printable 4x DVD-R " and has backed up every dvd I have thrown at it. This had no effect and I got the same error come up. So I am a bit stumped is it a protection thats stopping it? if so is there a way to get around it?

Yes I also have experienced this problem! But when I change the media to exactly the same type of disc (princo's) it works fine! Some times it takes up to 3 times trying a different, same brand disc. The disc that doesnt work I have managed to still use burning something else to it!! So the media wasnt bad in the first place! Just the error!
