:confused: "THE system has serious error"

when I played some games the computer restarts and i got this message

it's happen with many games old and new

Like :

Beyond good&Evil

Splinter cell Panadora Tommorrow

GTA VICe CITY

LOTR The Return of the King

this problem happens with three diff VGA

the last one is ATI 9600

and this games work on my cousin PC very well

I tried every thing but nothing chage

can u help me please

reinstall ati drivers, try omega drivers, try dna drivers, try newest directx with all of the above.
