Halo V1.05 no-cd fix inside... hehehehe
 

I ust wanted to let you all know i found a glitch with the halo 1.05 update patch. it requires you to have to have the correct cd that matches the cd-key. well after searching for days trying to locate a 1.05 no-cd.exe file. i got curious and discovered that if you install the 1.04 no-cd.exe patch over the 1.05.exe file it will let you play the game again. and it wont ask you to update the game when you go multiplayer. Now of course you need a legit cd key to play multiplayer. i have gone into multiple online games, then exiting out of the game completely each time to test it, and there are no problems at all. i run no-cd patches on ALL my games. :D

Been there. Done that. The only problem is that there are hardly any people online if you do it that way. You can't see the 1.05 servers. I only found about 50 people playing online with the 1.04 no-cd running on the 1.05 halo. I then removed the 1.04 no-cd and used my disc to run halo 1.05 and there where a lot more servers and over 1000 people online.

well that would explain why there are not that many users online. duh.

mine wont even start. I put the patch and the Halo logo that comes out just stays there forever so it never starts. I NEED THAT PATCH! ! ! .... plz :o
