xbox hd in ps2?

just wondering if the hdd that comes with xbox at retail is compatible with ps2 hd loader. i know theres a couple of different xbox hdds , has anyone tried this or have any info??

i am possitvie that u can use it as long as it fits in the N/A.. use a format tool then use HDLOADER it should work! i would recomened u buy a bigger one tho as the xbox ones are only 8-10 ii believe!

make sure the hdd is unlocked
then it might work

the seagate xbox harddrive works fine, thats the one i'm using. the western digital xbox harddrive wont work as it dont fit. Just unlock it and let hdloader format it.

yeh it sud work fine :) lol only if it had the xbox feature of saving straight to hdd!

Well maybe I sud try and do this for my project at my new skool studying computer programming..

Install an app on the memory card that re-direct the saves etc straight to hdd... As That would rock. I only wanted to put a hdd in for this, but atm I cant :@
