v10 romeo mod **** up?
 

I didnt connect the wire on a romeo mod on a v10 after lifting pin 17
and the disc hasnt spun since!
Done loads of v9 / v10's with the romeo mod with 100% success,
after connecting wire on the romeo mod the fault still occurs.
Have i blown the LA chip? :(
Any thoughts would be appreciated

Have you got all the cables on the drive plugged in correctly to the motherboard or have any been broken/damaged?

yeh all cables seem ok, cant see any damage.
A bit more info on the fault as well; takes a good few seconds to eject tray / reset when buttons pressed.
This is a brand new v10, everytime i switch it off at the back and back on again i have to re-enter the time zone etc! not seen that before.

What wire are you using for the Romeo mod?

thanks for the help but i sorted it, bit of a rogue Duo2SE chip.
Replaced chip and all problems rectified.
