my sister has the same mod i read somwhere that i could do a hot swap flash.

does anybody know how i would do this?

You know how to flash the BIOS with EVOX? Give it a shot and let us know. The most important thing is to not short out or bend any pins pulling the good flash out. Be very careful. Practice removing with no power. Maybe boot up with the good flash partly lifted so it’s easier to remove hot. Use something non-conductive to pull the chip out. Wait till’ it reads the good flash and is ready to program then swap. As long as the Xbox doesn’t crash when you pull the good flash it should work. Remember to hold power for 3 seconds to write enable flash.
