2 Troubles backing up my games
I am haveing 2 diffrent troubles i have ran into backing up some of my games!!
Problem #1 While i am transfering the files from the d drive on the xbox to my computer by useing flashftp the transfer just stops the ftp connection is steel there but it just stops transfering the files. The light quit flashing on my hub that shows when there is no activaty! the 2 games i have ran into is (swat) (dead or alive xtreme beach volleyball) Does anyone have any ideas what it could be? Problem #2 I have ran into some games that transfer just fine but after i make the iso i go to burn the iso image useing nero. The softwear wants me to burn to a cd not a dvd. the size of the image is not big enough to put on a dvd. Has anyone had this problem? What do i need to do? "Please dont just say to use stomp record now max. I have that also and it does the samething!!" thanks!!!!!! |
#1, which app are you using? And is the disk scratched at all.
#2. After you choose your image file to burn, it will say "CD" in the top left corner of the "Burn Compilation" window. It is a drop down button. Click it, and choose DVD. |
#1 no it was not scrached!
#2 i do choose dvd from the selection and then i click burn and the whole program shuts down!! |
Try copying your games to your xbox herd drive and ftp to your pc from there. It is much quicker than from the dvd drive also.
I can't help with nero as I personally use alcohol 120% to backup my games. All I can suggest is try that program if you can get your hands on a copy. Sorry. |
Well, I remember this was a common problem with evox, but I thought they fixed it with newer version. If you are using evox, try another app like avalaunch or media-x-menu.
I cannot help with nero, since it seemed to have worked for me with crazy taxi. You may need to change some settings around or play with it to get it to work. |
