backup Tiger Woods 2004 (pal) Help needed
 

Hello to all,

Can some one please help me out with backing up DVD games (tiger woods)

I am fairly new to backing up games but have alcohol 120, cdrwin and dvddecryptor and have backed all my cd based games easily but cant seem to back up a dvd based game, I have read the sticky to death and still wasted about 10 dvd-r discs.
The only other dvd based game I have is WRC and that didnt work either.

I am led to believe my chip is a neo and i use region x to boot up for me hope some one can tell me where i'm going wrong.

I have now been told that my ps2 is a v5 model and holding the reset button for ea games wont work any body got any more input.

You cannot boot dvd-r with your current setup. The v5,6 consoles dont support the EA boot method (you mentioned it above) so there's no way to swap with a original hiTOC dvd game which you must do. Sell it and buy a newer console with a no swap chip, by now the Neo has probably damaged the laser anyway.

Thanks warlock, would a brand new one be alright or have sony worked their evil magic on it and can I still have it chipped considering they've now made it ilegal.
Ps with the chipping if you know somewhere near Reading it would be a bonus.
