Creating a Doom III disk image
 

I need some help.

I'm attempting to create a disk image of my doom III play disk. I think it's the copy protection thats giving me all the problems, but when I try to produce a cd image I get tons of read errors. I've tried UltraISO and Nero to make images.

Does anyone have any suggestions of a better program, or better, a program you used to make an image of the DOOM III playdisk.

The read errors are supposed to happen. They are part of the protection. Just let the process continue, it may take a long time for your drive to read them all. After it gets past 3% it should speed up. The read errors are part of SafeDisc protection.

I used the latest version of Alcohol120% to make a backup using the Safedisc 2/3 profile. It works perfectly.
