FINALLY a way to back-up your games to HDD over Ethernet
 

These guys are claiming to have a program that will transfer your back-up ISO's on your PC to your PS2's HDD over Ethernet. They haven’t released it yet I guess..... Hopefully they will soon and it’s all they say it is!!!

this is absoutly amazing.. i have been waiting fro this for soo soo long!!
i woundering if a crossover network cable will work(it should) so i dont have to switch cables everytime.. this is free ware rite? and do we have a release date yet?

the avarage upload rate is about 450KB and for transferring a full 4.3GB iso, it'll take about 2.6 hours :eek: however it stops transferring after 2 minutes here, anybody had success to transfer the iso successfully?

Supposedly its kinda glitchy. There was too much noise in #Wank3rs so I just left. Im sure there will be more updates.

BTW Khafan, you should be on AIM more often.

the ps2link 1.23 was the problem, I switched back to 1.22 and now everything works fine, however it's too slow for transferring dvd images. :zzzz:

Turns out this one didnt work too well at all. And our old enemy Z already hacked it and put his name on it. Too bad it doesnt work.

Supposedly a new version will be out tomorrow. Thats why the current link was taken down.
