bloody pirates. this is the exact kind of copyright violations that ruin our privileges to back up a copy of our own bought games/movies. It is also part of the reason why modchips have become illegal in some places. I get so dag gone agrivated to see this kind of crap going on and then a fellow member (Charlie_PS2) gets into a heap of crap for what should be no violation of any kind. If those who are guilty of piracy would quit violating copyright laws and stand firm against the temptation of pirated software, none of this anti-piracy crap would be necessary. Yeah this link about Doom3 is but only one example of many. The majority of us here use our skills and share helpful knowledge for the good of our own backup rights. I probably speak for most when I say dont post links of this sort here cause it upsets those who believe in what we do is for a good cause. If this sort of thing continues, Who knows what the end results will be. Maybe our site will be shut down. Grrrrrrrrrrr. Sry I'm too excited here. Gotta go. :mad:

Sry I got so worked up about this. I just feel that when anyone helps a fellow member here, it is for the good of helping those with a back up or other prob which does not violate any laws that may bring harm upon either yourself or others. The knowledge we share is not intended to be used for piracy. I just stand firmly for our right to back up an original that we own.
In the case where I mentioned about the link not being posted here, what I meant is that we dont condone piracy or anything that relates to it. I certainly did not mean any flame toward you what so ever. I do believe it was a lie too by the way. Sorry if I may have offended you in any way. My appologies to you in that regard but I still stand firm on the point I made. With that in mind, to see/post the link is not a crime in any way, nor is it to post a reply regarding your opinion on it, as long as piracy is not intended. Just understand the reason why we stand firm against piracy here and that we intend only to keep this site clean and not jeapordize the GCWsite being closed. In addition to that statement, we dont want anyone here to get into trouble over piracy either.

Anytime some guy on the Internet claims to have something special and doesn't back it up with cold hard facts or undisputable evidence, he's a lying nancy boy trying to get attention by making up stuff. In any case this thread is closed
