Has anyone ran across Trackmania 1.2.5 nocd fix? If you do, then please let me know.

It's Starforce protection, therefore unlikely a NoCD will be released. Nobody seems to be bothered (or skilled enough yet) to make NoCD's/Fixed EXE's for Starforce game patches unfortunatley.

was version v.1.0 not protected with starforce3?

Yes, It was SF3 on the retail game. I was referring to the patch still being Starforce protected and how no one yet has cracked the patch.

thats what i meant....version v.1.0 was starforce-protected, too....and somebody cracked it right after the release. so i wouldn't give up hope on a crack for 1.2.5.
because its unlikely that one comes out, its not impossible. ;)

Well, It's been a loooooong time since the release of the Trackmania PowerUp patch (4 months?!) it just 'seems' unlikely it will be cracked any time soon :(

hmmm. Beyond divinity has starforce 3 protection too. that game could be cracked in a very strange, but working way. maybe this game can be cracked that way too.

beyond divinity got 'cracked' this way:

- fresh install from CD images - Beyond Divinity CD1 ENGLISH Ripped by -=poelabwa=- (Ripped from the orignal cd,so it's real).iso recomended

- copy the CD2 image on someone else's computer

- share the directory on the remote computer

- map the remote shared directory as a local network drive

- mount with Daemon Tools 3.46 the CD2 image from the network drive

- phisically disconect all IDE CD-ROM drives (remove IDE cable and power conector)

- u must now have only one (1) CD-Rom drive in the system, that drive beeing the DTools virtual drive with BeDiv CD2 mounted

- play the game :)

maybe it works also with trackmania....

hmm, thats "some" workaround. :eek: imo it will not work for the people who bought the us-retail (v.1.0) and upgraded to 1.2.5.
