N64 for Dreamcast
 

Has anyone heard of project 64 if not its a really cool emulator for pc and it plays nintendo 64 games you just have to find the roms oh and is there a neo geo emulator for dreamcast beause it would be cool to play metal slug on the DC or any other neo geo rom Raiden 2 is fun but any way do any of these emulators exsist for DC it would be bad ass to play 007 or perfect dark on the DC

nope, no n64 emus for DC.

there is a neo geo cd emu. if you have neo geo cd's you can play them on DC.
