newbie in trouble..
 

I have used this quide to make my my patch for Final Fantasy Tactics, and everything went well, until I used p4upatch, and program says that bin/exe file is not scanned by pal4u2000, but I'm pretty sure that I did everything in order and right. so, whatever could be the problem...?
I also downloaded Cdrwin, but the program states device contains no disc or is not ready, and I can't use start button...
